anyway,i once ate 4 LJS meals in a week. so fking sick pls.
i think i am gonna jog in the park myself alr,no netball trainings.
and my 2.4km run is really horrible la. 16mins fker.
a netballer,16mins -.- 13+ years old 16mins. 8/6 beep test 16mins.
fk can a not. -.- i bet even a snail can do better than that.
16mins is real slow,serves me right for talking and playing with htoo and yongsheng during the run. hope that there's a retest for the run.
but currently,i've got no shoes.. kk have la have la.
but is the anta one which sch sponsored, i swear the sole is really like stone lor.
