Anyway,I read the newspaper on saturday.
The Malaysian student association commented that the school uniform is too sexy,and encourages rape and pre-martial sex,the white blouse is too transparent for girls and it becomes a source of attraction. It becomes a distraction to men,who are drawn to it,whether or not they like looking at it.

So it becomes the females fault if they get raped or molested, (y) these people are great.
Ridiculous please, in the past, the female always get the blame when the couple cant have a baby.
Even though,the guy may be the problem like problems with erection,lousy quality sperm,low quantity of sperm. But no matter what, girls always get the blame.

Can you imagine if a guy raped a student, and the guy tells the judge, " The uniform was too sexy and she deserves to be raped",and the judge says, "(Inserts the victim's name) is guilty yada yada, 5years in girls' home yada yada."
